Welcome to Broward Fingerprinting. By accessing our website or engaging our in-office or mobile services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Rendered

The Company provides professional services including, but not limited to, Fingerprinting (Live Scan/Ink), Notary Public, Loan Signing, Apostille Processing, Wedding Officiating, Passport Photos, and Document Preparation. We reserve the right to add or remove services at any time.

2. Identity Verification & Accuracy

• Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring they have valid, government-issued photo identification.

• Data Accuracy: You certify that all information provided for document preparation or fingerprinting is accurate.

3. Mobile Service & Travel Fees

• Access: For mobile services, the client must provide a safe and appropriate environment.

• Travel Fees: Travel fees are earned at the time of departure. If a service cannot be completed because the signer is missing, lacks proper ID, or is unwilling to sign, the travel fee remains non-refundable.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• General Policy: Fees for services rendered (such as notary acts or fingerprint transmission) are generally non-refundable once completed.

• Provider Error Guarantee: If an error is made on our part (e.g., a clerical mistake in document prep or a fingerprinting technical error caused by our equipment), we will issue a full refund or redo the service at no additional cost to you.

• Cancellations: We require [e.g., 24 hours] notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Non-Attorney Disclosure: WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN FLORIDA AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. * Government Processing: We are not responsible for the background check results or processing times of government agencies (FDLE, FBI, etc.) or delays caused by third-party couriers (USPS, FedEx).

6. Appointment Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence, acting in a threatening manner, or requesting an illegal act. For mobile services, we reserve the right to leave a location immediately if our staff feels unsafe.

7. Wedding Officiant Services

The client is responsible for obtaining a valid Florida Marriage License and presenting it to the officiant prior to the ceremony.

8. Media Consent (Optional)

As outlined in our Media Release, we may request to take photos of your event or ceremony for promotional use. This is strictly optional and requires your verbal or written consent.
