Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Appointment Window Arrival Time: Please be ready at the scheduled time. For mobile services, we provide a 15-minute grace period from the appointment start time. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late (or unavailable at the location for mobile services), the appointment may be subject to cancellation or a late fee. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellation Fee:Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so we can open the slot for other clients. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require pre-payment for future bookings. No-Shows: If you do not show up or are not present for a mobile appointment without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged. 3. Mobile Service Requirements Location: Please ensure the provided address is accurate and provides a safe, clean environment for the service (especially for fingerprinting and notary signings). Travel Fees: A mobile convenience fee is included in the booking price within our service area. Locations outside this radius may incur an additional travel surcharge. 4. Identification (Crucial for Notary/Fingerprinting) Valid ID Required: You must have a valid, government-issued photo ID present at the time of service. If you do not have proper identification, the service cannot be performed, and the cancellation policy will apply.
